Carl
is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Utah,
and has been self-employed since 1978. He is a member of the AICPA
and UACPA. In addition, he is a licensed mortgage lender (Utah)
and a registered representative (Utah).
Carl
has experience and expertise in numerous industries, primarily
in the areas of accounting, business consulting, tax consulting
and preparation, accounting software selection and support, and
outsource of bookkeeping.
Currently,
Carl has approximately 250 business clients and prepares more
than 400 individual and business tax returns annually.
He
has sold and supported accounting software (CYMA, MAS90, and Great
Plains) selection and installations for more than 600 companies
and has received numerous national accounting software sales and
support awards, including "CYMA Accounting Products Dealer
of the Year."
Carl
oversees the firm's Team Accounting® and
web-based (Internet) outsource bookkeeping and accounting services
which are designed for small and midsize companies.
